PROPOSED ORDINANCE
Mitchell County Commissioners are considering the adoption of a Solid Waste, Nuisance, and Vermin Abatement Ordinance to regulate the disposal of waste in order to protect the health and safety of the citizens of Mitchell County. Public Comments will be taken at the regular county commission meeting on October 5, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.
